My food journey started with a culinary course at the world renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, a 100 acre farm in Ireland. With a focus on sustainable & organic farming, seasonal & quality ingredients and waste reduction, the experience fully transformed the way I thought about and cooked food.

With a passion for beautiful plating, I love being creative with food and making food look as delicious as it tastes.
